SittersPlace.com is putting on an event that is perfect for parents looking for a daycare, preschool, or other activities for your kids.

Childcare Resources Expo (http://www.sittersplace.com/expo.php)
May 16, 2009 - 10am to 4pm
Coddingtown Mall, Santa Rosa

* Interview and get information from preschools and daycare centers from all areas of Sonoma County
* Learn about local activities to do with your children
* Find local financial childcare aid
* Meet local babysitters and nannies
* Free admission
* Receive $100's in raffle prizes from local businesses

Finding a qualified preschool or daycare center that meets your needs is time consuming and stressful. Often it takes days or weeks of your precious time to locate and drive to each school, interview directors and staff, and try to get a feel for a school's curriculum and fees.

If you are a working parent who is short on time or you are looking for a quality preschool or daycare center within a certain price range, this expo is a must see!

If you would like to be a part of this event with your child-related business, we will have a special rate for Parent Pack business members. PM me for more information.

It was a great day ~ I enjoyed networking and seeing you all there. I volunteered all day at the Sonoma County Child Care Association's booth (SCCCA). The SCCCA is the professional association for licensed family child care providers - we offer an online referral for parents looking for licensed family child care. The SCCCA also conducts workshops and trainings for licensed providers - it's a great organization.

I also had a small display of Miessence certified organic baby skincare ~ my favorite product for moms (and childcare providers, lol) is the spray-on Baby Bottom Mist. It soothes and heals diaper rash and inflamed skin without having to touch baby's painful rash - sooooo much better than diaper creams!
You can order it here, or get it free by hosting a organic home shopping party:

It was neat to see all the other products and services relating to childcare at the expo. Thanks for organizing the Childcare Resources Expo, Liz!
